The education and outreach work package aims to support the skills development of world-class high-energy scientists and engineers in close collaboration with academic and industry partners to ensure future growth in this field. The activities are organized over two different areas with complementary goals: allowing exchanges by allowing scientists and researchers to come to CERN and work with the project experts; develop a yearly advanced software Training Programme (the STEAM Programme) designed to equip postgraduate students, Ph.D. scholars, and researchers with cutting-edge computing and data science skills.
