I am a Ph.D. student in experimental high-energy physics with a background in Physics and Data Science. My research is part of the CMS Phase-2 Level-1 Trigger (L1T) Scouting program, which enables real-time event reconstruction at the full LHC collision rate.
I focus on the reconstruction and identification of low-transverse-momentum (soft) tau leptons, a key signature for searches for low-mass particles decaying into tau pairs. To address this challenge, I develop particle-flow-based reconstruction algorithms combined with transformer neural networks, optimized for high-pileup conditions and real-time constraints.
My main research interests include machine learning for particle physics, trigger-level data analysis, and advanced reconstruction methods for future collider experiments.
