Stefan ROISER

Stefan leads a team of physicists and engineers in the CERN IT department working on improving the performance of HEP software applications, especially in the realm of Monte Carlo event generation.

Stefan has had major coordination roles in the past in software and computing as part of the LHCb Experiment at CERN. He programs mainly in C++ and Cuda/HIP but has also come across Fortran, which he has not use until recently in his career until recently.
