I received my PhD in High Energy Physics on the analysis of OPAL data and ATLAS simulations. I led the ATLAS Analysis Software Group for many years, leading the re-design of the experiment’s analysis model after the LHC’s Run-1. I now manage the Core Software group of the experiment, focusing on making use of GPUs in ATLAS for the High-Luminosity LHC runs.
